Simon N. Hsu Chairman

Mr. Hsu is the Chairman of SNH Global Holdings Limited ("SNH"). SNH (www.snhglobal.com) is a diversified holding company with 6 principle operating divisions employing over 2,000 people globally.

A well known entrepreneur and accomplished investor with over 30 years of experience as a corporate executive in Asia, Europe and North America, Mr. Hsu also sits on the board of various investment and operating companies around the world.

Yuen-chuen Ng Senior Vice President - Legal Affairs

Y. C. earned her Bachelor degree in Health Services Administration with honors and Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Houston, Texas, U.S.A. Prior to joining ecL, she was the Associate Director, Legal & Administration, of Hanson Pacific Limited - a wholly owned subsidiary of Hanson PLC, a UK listed industrial conglomerate.

Gary Chu Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chu brings over 20 years of experience in SCM and brand management to ecL. Prior to joining the Company, he was the managing director of a marketing logistics company providing value-add services to multi-national FMCG and retailing clients. Before that, Mr. Chu worked in a public toy company in charge of R&D and global marketing. He was instrumental in re-engineering it from a manufacturing-oriented to marketing-oriented company. Prior to that, Mr. Chu was general manager and partner of an advertising agency and possessed many years' experience in brand-building, advertising, promotion and market research in Greater China.

Mr. Chu is an external training consultant in SCM for the Asia Pacific office of several multi-national corporations including a Fortune 500 company He is also a part time lecturer in e-logistics, SCM and CRM for several logistics associations and offered lectures to over 800 students in the past three years. Recently Mr. Chu established the Hong Kong Institute of e-Logistics aiming at promoting the popularity of e-commerce enabled and knowledge-based logistics and SCM in Hong Kong through educational programmes. Mr. Chu holds a Bachelor degree in Social Science majoring in Communication and a Master degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University. He is also an honorary adviser to the International Transport and Logistics Association.

Harris Chan Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Chan holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (Professional Accountancy) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining ecL, she has worked in big four accounting firms and held senior financial position in several listed companies in Hong Kong.

Wang Xi Ping Deputy General Manager- Shanghai

Wang Xi Ping possessed more than 20 years experience in warehouse and logistics management. Prior to joining ecL, he held various senior management positions at Coca Cola Co., Ltd., EAC Co. Ltd. (China) and Tielian International Storage & Transport INC. He received logistics management training at China Europe International Business School. Mr. Wang not only mastered the international criterion of warehouse management, but also very experienced in storage and transportation industry in China.
