ecL can provide special labelling and packaging services according to the merchants' requirements. Also, value-added services such as gift wrapping and card insertion can be arranged. |

Return is processed according to the rules and requirements set by the merchants. All returned items are carefully inspected and detailed reports will be submitted to merchants at regular intervals. |
(S09) How deliveries are handled at ecL? | |

For destinations other than Hong Kong, we align with FedEx, UPS and SpeedPost to handle the deliveries. Deliveries within Hong Kong are handled by ecL's own delivery trucks. |
(S10) How long does it take to get an order delivered? | |

After confirmation of order, goods can be delivered to a local destination within 8 hours and major Asia Pacific cities within 48 hours. |
(S11) How are ecL's reporting capabilities? | |

Standard reports on stock level, delivery status, order status, in and out, replenishment will be sent to customer on daily basis through email at 12:00 midnight. Customer can also browse our Web site's "On-line Information" section to download or look at the real time stock level and order status. In addition, ecL also provides custom-made reports on stock aging, customer calls, money collection, sales analysis, etc. upon customer's request. |
(S12) What kinds of payment collection service does ecL provide? | |

We handle credit card transactions made over Internet or fax. Besides, our delivery team is equipped with Mobile Point of Sales system (MPOS) that enables the acceptance of credit card transaction anywhere, anytime. We also provide money collection service in the form of cheque or cash on delivery. |

The IT integrated warehouses of ecL provide not only storage facilities but also management which encompasses everything from inventory control to administration of returned goods together with value-added services such as bar coding, re-labelling, repackaging and quality control. |

ecL is operating several distribution centres in Greater China with over 1 million sq. ft. of warehousing space. |

ecL has 10 distribution centres that are located in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Wuhan, Shenyang and Chengdu. |

Inventory is controlled by bar coding system which allows first-in-first-out process, on-time replenishment. Also, if it is required, the system can generate reminders on expiry dates of stock. |

On security issues, ecL has security guard and CCTV to protect the goods. On service issues, ecL guarantees that 99.9% of orders can be processed without any errors occurred. |
